Job Title: Field Sales Executive
Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Field Sales Executive to generate leads, meet potential clients, and drive sales growth in Hyderabad, Mumbai, and Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong customer relationships and achieving assigned sales targets through direct field visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits
- Meet potential clients, present products/services, and close sales
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers
- Conduct market research to identify new prospects and monitor competitor activities
- Submit daily visit reports and maintain accurate sales records
- Coordinate with the Sales Manager and internal teams for smooth operations
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into confirmed sales
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales or direct sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license preferred
